Corporate Bar Packages & Pricing

Choose the package that fits your guest count, or ask us for a custom proposal:

Gold — from $1,750 (50–100 guests, 4 hours)

2 certified bartenders, premium cocktail bar service with up to 3 signature cocktails, beer and wine service, a premium mobile bar setup with a custom bar decal, and wood-and-acrylic engraved menu signage. Our most requested option for company parties.

Platinum — from $3,250 (100–175 guests, 4 hours)

A fully staffed beverage team with 3 certified bartenders and a dedicated bar back, priority event coordination, up to 4 signature cocktails, luxury glassware with a glassware attendant, and a styled welcome drink wall for arriving guests.

Bronze — from $1,350 (25–50 guests, 3 hours)

A certified bartender plus a dedicated cocktail server, a hosted welcome cocktail, tableside cocktail service and up to 3 signature cocktails — ideal for smaller teams and client dinners.

Bartender Only — from $390 (10–70 guests, 3 hours)

Already have a bar at your office or venue? Book a certified bartender with professional tools to run it for you.

Extra hours can be added to any package. See every detail on our mobile bar packages page. Alcohol is not included — you supply the beverages, and we can handle the alcohol for you for a small handling fee.

How It Works

1. Tell us about your event. Share the date, location, guest count and the experience you want.
2. Receive your proposal. We send a personalized proposal and cocktail menu. Once approved, your date is confirmed.
3. Enjoy the event. We arrive early, set up, serve your guests and clean up.

Corporate Bar Service FAQ

How much does a bartender for a corporate event cost?

Packages start at $1,350 for up to 50 guests, $1,750 for 50–100 guests and $3,250 for 100–175 guests. If your venue already has a bar, a certified bartender starts at $390 for 3 hours.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Your company supplies the beverages and we bring everything else: bartenders, bar, tools, ice, coolers, mixers and cups. We can also handle the alcohol for you for a small handling fee.

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Yes. Our bartenders are certified, and every DrinkUp event is a licensed and insured service.

Can you match our company branding?

Yes. Our Gold and Platinum packages include a custom bar decal, and every package with cocktails includes custom menu signage.
