Every wedding is different, so our packages are a starting point. Here are the options our couples choose most often:

Platinum — from $3,250 (100–175 guests, 4 hours)

Our full wedding experience: 3 certified bartenders plus a dedicated bar back, priority event coordination, up to 4 signature cocktails, luxury glassware with a dedicated glassware attendant, and a styled welcome drink wall with a cocktail or champagne display for arriving guests.

Gold — from $1,750 (50–100 guests, 4 hours)

2 certified bartenders, premium cocktail bar service with up to 3 signature cocktails, beer and wine service, a premium mobile bar setup with a custom bar decal, and elevated wood-and-acrylic engraved menu signage.

Bronze — from $1,350 (25–50 guests, 3 hours)

Perfect for intimate weddings and elopement receptions: a certified bartender plus a dedicated cocktail server, a hosted welcome cocktail for arriving guests, tableside cocktail service and up to 3 signature cocktails.

How It Works

1. Share your vision. Tell us your date, venue, guest count and the vibe you want. We’ll talk through drinks, timing and the bar setup.
2. Receive your proposal. We send a personalized proposal and cocktail menu. Once approved, your date is confirmed.
3. Celebrate. On the day, we arrive early, set up, serve your guests and clean up — you just enjoy your wedding.

How much does a mobile bar for a wedding cost?

Our wedding packages start at $1,350 for up to 50 guests, $1,750 for 50–100 guests and $3,250 for 100–175 guests. Your final price depends on guest count, hours of service and any add-ons.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. You supply the beverages and we bring everything else: bartenders, bar, tools, ice, coolers, mixers and cups. We can also handle the alcohol for you for a small handling fee. Some unopened, sealed bottles can be returned to a nearby BevMo! location.

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Yes. Our bartenders are certified, and every DrinkUp event is a licensed and insured service.

How many bartenders do I need for my wedding?

As a guide, one bartender with a cocktail server works well for up to 50 guests, two bartenders for 50–100 guests, and three bartenders with a bar back for 100–175 guests. We’ll recommend the right team for your guest list.

Can you serve mocktails?

Absolutely. We create elegant non-alcoholic cocktails so guests who don’t drink can enjoy something special too.
